How to express exposed ceiling in cad ceiling layout

There is an elevation on the map of the shed. Look at the elevation of each wired area. Some are based on the ground and some are based on the top. According to the different vertical dimensions of each area, we can see where the beam is, where the top is, and there are more complicated shapes. CAD drawings are all the same. If you understand one, you can understand the rest.
