How to use a high power microscope

1. Placement: Place the microscope in front of the body to the left, with the lens barrel in front and the lens arm in the back direction;

2. Aiming at the light: use a low-power mirror and a large aperture (shutter is raised), look at the eyepiece, and adjust the reflector at the same time to make the field of vision bright;

3. Film release: the observed object should face the hole of the objective lens, and then focus after clamping the glass slide;

4. Focus: First use the low-power lens to find the object image, then lower the lens barrel and then raise it. When lowering the lens barrel, observe whether it is pressed on the side. When lifting the lens barrel, look for the object image facing the eyepiece, move the object image to the center of the field of view, observe it with a high-power lens, and adjust the fine-tuning focus screw to make the object image clear;

5. Observation: Open your eyes, observe with your left eye and draw with your right eye.
