You hit both sides of the clothes with two lights at 45, but the soft box is parallel to the clothes, so don't shine it very low. These two lamps use the same index. Then try to shoot. If there is an exposure meter, it is best to reduce the measured value by 2/3. For example, the measured aperture is 1 1, so you can shoot with an aperture of 9. Just try it.
