Application material

Application form (application fee is $60), official English transcripts, SAT or ACT scores, TOEFL or IELTS scores, portfolio (including independent topics), writing samples (within 650 words), 1-3 letters of recommendation.

Undergraduate portfolio requirements

Your portfolio should show 12-20 examples of the best recent works of art. The school suggested that this work should reflect all the students' ideas, interests, experiences and abilities in art so far.

The displayed works can be any media (including movies or videos), finished products or sketches, or the results of designated projects or independent exploration.

We strongly recommend that you add a few pages to your diary or sketch book to show your research, thinking and investigation process.

Don't submit multiple pages of PDF per page, because it may exceed the limit of 20 examples we require.

The only exception is a collection of works like graphic novels, which should be independent and cohesive. Upload your portfolio to Slideroom through public applications.
