Relax the focus of the classroom, actively seek the effectiveness and highlights of teaching design, media application, emotional creation, student participation, effective questioning, teachers' teaching art and basic skills, evaluation and incentive means, homework exercises, etc. through the famous teacher's classroom, network, students' age characteristics and psychological characteristics, and then prepare lessons collectively to optimize the teaching design.
