Jiaozuo is one of the central areas of the early activities of the Chinese nation, with Peiligang culture, Yangshao culture and Longshan culture sites. It is the hometown of Sima Yi, Han Yu, Li Shangyin, Zhu Zaiyu, Xu Heng, Dan Tao, Xiang embroidery and other historical and cultural celebrities. Jiaozuo Rong Yuan Temple

Rongyuan Wuwu Temple is located in Dangyangyu Village, Xicun Township, Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo City. Founded in the seventh year of Yonghe in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (AD 35 1). It is one of the 893 temples founded by Buddhist masters in Western Jin Dynasty and Houzhao (23 1 ~ 35 1). It consists of 19 halls, two pagodas, seven halls and two courtyards.

Jiaozuo jiayingguan

Jiayingguan is located in the south of Yang Gang, about12km southeast of Wuzhi County, Jiaozuo City. It was built in the first year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1723). It is a trinity of palaces, temples and yams built by Yong Zhengdi to commemorate Wuzhi's damming, to offer sacrifices to river gods and to reward heroes who manage rivers. Its architectural style looks like the Forbidden City.

Han Yuling is located on the Zijin hillside in the north of Han Zhuang Village, 6 kilometers west of Jiaozuo mengzhou city, with the Yellow River in the south and Taihang Mountain in the north, surrounded by mountains and lush.

It is the tomb of Han Yu, a famous writer, thinker, politician and educator in the Tang Dynasty.

Built in Changqing for four years, it is about 1200 years ago.
