What's the difference between a SLR camera and a digital camera?

The differences between SLR cameras and digital cameras are as follows:

1. Different structures: SLR cameras and digital cameras adopt two completely different system structures. The SLR camera adopts the traditional structure, and the exposed image on the film can be seen from the viewfinder.

Digital camera adopts a brand-new CCD photosensitive mode, which can directly see the shot image on LCD, and the aberration problem is smaller.

2. Different shutter values: Generally speaking, the fastest shutter speed of SLR cameras is about110000 seconds, while that of digital cameras is about11000 seconds.

So obviously, we can see that the shutter speed of SLR cameras is much faster than that of digital cameras. When we shoot on location in bad weather, the SLR camera with faster shutter speed is more suitable for us to shoot in the external ecological environment.

3. Different lenses: SLR cameras can support a variety of lens switching, and the lens index can reach 35 mm to 38 mm, which can switch shooting from different angles to the greatest extent. However, digital cameras only support single lens replacement, and the shooting angle is narrower, which is more suitable for shooting static scenes.

4. The area of photosensitive material is different: 2/3 of the whole SLR camera is photosensitive material, and even in some high-end brands, the photosensitive material of SLR camera can reach the whole piece. However, there are few digital cameras. Generally, only 1/3 of the whole film is photosensitive.

5. From the point of view of photo quality alone, it is difficult for SLR cameras and digital cameras to tell who is superior and who is inferior. Because everyone's photography style and habits are different, we can only see who is more suitable to control which camera from the perspective of personal experience.

Moreover, with the continuous development of camera technology, many camera technical means have also undergone great reforms, and photographers have begun to rely more and more on the changes in camera technology. Therefore, when buying a camera, you should buy more according to your own photography habits to avoid buying it wrong.
