Hello, there may be three reasons for this:

1, if you had sworn in with Mr. Tian and didn't let Mr. Dao kill you, your reputation would be completely destroyed and you would not be able to join the sects (except Riyuemen and Nanshanghai Gate).

2. Look at the property bar. If xx sect is already displayed, you cannot join other sects.
