What if the monitoring shows no network video?

There are three main reasons for monitoring without network video: 1, power problem; 2. Network problems; 3, camera or hard disk video recorder problems. If some monitoring shows that there is no network video, it is generally a monitoring power failure, the network cable of the branch is blocked or the ip address conflicts, and the monitoring camera is faulty; If all the monitors show that there is no network video, it is usually a backbone network failure or a switch failure, a hard disk video recorder failure or an incorrect configuration of the hard disk video recorder.

First, we ping the camera address with a notebook, for example: ping192.168.6438+0.50. If the address is not available, you need to check whether the monitoring power supply is normal. You can measure the voltage with a multimeter. The monitoring power supply is generally 12V DC. If the test power supply is abnormal, the monitoring power supply needs to be replaced.

If the monitoring power supply is normal, you need to check the network fault. Loose network cable interface, aging network cable and irregular line sequence will all cause this problem. The nodes to be checked are mainly to monitor whether there is a conflict between the network interface crystal head, the switch interface crystal head, the switch operation or the network IP address.

Finally, after the above problems are eliminated, the fault still exists. Usually it's a surveillance camera or a hard disk video recorder. It is recommended to replace.
