The first is to extend the payment time of medical insurance for urban and rural residents.

The deadline for medical insurance registration for urban and rural residents in 2020 was extended from February 24, 2020 to June 30. If the medical insurance for urban and rural residents is not paid on time, the medical insurance benefits for urban and rural residents will not be effectively and timely guaranteed in 2020.

Second, conduct online business processing.

Many medical insurance services such as urban and rural residents' participation in insurance and living in different places can be handled online or by telephone. It is suggested that the insured can handle the medical insurance business through online or telephone channels without going to the medical insurance service hall in person, and can handle the medical insurance business without leaving home. At the same time, in order to quickly use the medical insurance payment of the social security card and reduce contact, especially in the case that the medical insurance card is not brought or accidentally lost and a new card is not reissued, the medical insurance scanning code can be used to pay, and all major hospitals and pharmacies can pay by scanning code.

The operation process is as follows: download the ICBC e-Student APP, enter the main interface, drop down and click Xiangyang Smart Medical Care, click Medical Insurance Payment, and bring up the QR code of medical insurance payment for scanning payment. Three. Suspension or extension of some business.

Suspend the designated declaration business of medical institutions. The reimbursement of medical expenses for retired cadres is not limited by the current time limit and can be extended for half a year. Except for those newly increased to retirement age before June 30, 2020, who should apply for the medical insurance retirement benefits verification business before June 30, 2020, the handling of other businesses will be postponed until at least 6 months after the end of the epidemic. Fourth, resolutely do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.

First, the insured persons who enjoy the treatment of chronic diseases in outpatient clinics should buy medicines from designated hospitals or pharmacies nearby to avoid buying medicines from medical institutions with large traffic. Under special circumstances, you can buy drugs at your own expense at the nearest designated medical institution or pharmacy with a chronic disease outpatient treatment card, and bring prescriptions and invoices to the medical insurance agency for reimbursement after the outbreak. Two, the insured due to special circumstances really need to go to the medical insurance service hall for business, please do a good job of self-protection, in accordance with the guidance of the hall and staff for business. According to the prevention and control situation, our bureau will further take relevant measures to provide better and more convenient medical security services for the majority of insured persons. At the same time, we also advocate that everyone adopt the way of "online office and telephone office" to realize the work without meeting. Minimize the chance of virus infection and contribute to the fight against the epidemic.
