Does Milan Design Week have non-propositions every year?

Milan Design Week has non-propositional competitions every year. The National University Digital Art Design Competition for Future Designers started in 2012 and is held once a year and has been held for nine consecutive years. The competition has three tracks: non-propositional, public welfare, and propositional. The content includes artificial intelligence plus design, visual communication, digital imaging, interactive design, environmental space, modeling design, fashion and clothing, digital painting, digital music, etc.
