How to keep a diary for vocational school students who go to the wedding photography internship?

Practical experience of holiday wedding photo studio

The internship and study in the studio are finally over! My internship position is photography assistant, mainly to assist photographers and post-processing. Here, I would like to thank xx wedding photography agency for giving me this internship opportunity. The following is my experience in this practice.

This summer is my first real social practice and work in a photo studio. I have always understood that the school wants us to participate in social practice in order to better contact and understand society. Although the university is a micro-society, many college students are relatively simple after all, so only by personally contacting the society can we learn how to contact with all kinds of people in the society, so as to improve our ability to adapt to the society, actively improve our self-cultivation in all aspects, and establish the idea of serving the school and society. Through the practice of these two months, I deeply realized the advantages and disadvantages of this major, initially adapted to the future development direction of this major, absorbed new ideas from it, and gradually formed new ideas. During the two-month practice, I felt so fast. From the initial discomfort to the control of the whole situation, I really worked hard and suffered a lot. Moreover, during my internship, due to lack of sleep, endocrine disorders, I developed severe acne, and now it is not harmonious. Society is the cathedral where I study. I finally found my own direction, my real outlook on life and values, which laid a good foundation for me to win in the fierce competition after graduation. I also learned a lot in practice. I feel that I have matured a lot, both physically and psychologically.

1, the progress of interpersonal relationship

My unit is xx Paris Wedding, and I have worked in this photo studio for two months. I just started to live in the staff building of Jasper Huafu Community. A few days ago, because it was quite fresh, I didn't adapt, because I have been very good with my college classmates in the dormitory. Slowly, I learned that all the people who work in the photo studio graduated from technical schools or art schools. They all have special personalities, and I am a comparison. We speak in different ways, so do our jokes. I gradually don't know how to get along with them. Social interpersonal communication is very complicated, but how complicated it is, I think it is hard to say clearly. You can only understand it if you have experienced it. Only in this way can we have a deep feeling. Everyone comes together for work, and everyone has his own thoughts and personality. It takes a lot of skill to handle it well, depending on how you grasp it. What I want to say is that I have mastered a lot in this social practice. The most important thing is that I have made great progress in dealing with people and how to deal with interpersonal relationships. At the same time, in this practice, I deeply realize that we must work diligently, ponder slowly, and constantly learn and accumulate. When you encounter something you don't understand, you should try your best to solve it yourself. If not, you can humbly ask others. People who have no self-study ability will be eliminated by enterprises and society sooner or later. After a period of time, they gradually became particularly good with me, and I unconsciously integrated into our computer department. One of them is my master. She taught me the most basic color matching in the studio and how to make an ugly movie look good. Later, I slowly learned to repair the film. Later, I basically repaired 100 tablets a day, basically facing the computer every day, and I didn't know what fatigue was. Later, when school started, I had to go. The day I left. Later, I understood that everyone does have his advantages, and the key lies in your attitude towards them. There is no reason for others to be nice to you. If they are kind to you, you should feel lucky, thank them and cherish each other's help. Now I want to go back to see them when school starts and bring them some special products from my hometown. I really miss them, good sisters in Paris.

2. Practice makes true knowledge.

While studying color matching and retouching, I also help the guests look at the board, which means that our studio designs the wedding template and then shows it to the guests. I also met many people from it, which I will never forget. Nowadays people are becoming more and more individualistic and picky. Some guests look at this page and that page and basically ask them to change it again. This not only increases our workload, but also basically I have to use my professional knowledge to suppress them. Basically, I am confident. I'm a professional. You have to listen to me. This is the best, which is the best. With the encouragement of Sister Liang, I gradually got used to it. Know how to look at a person's face, basically know which one he is satisfied with, how to change it, and how to minimize the workload. Because everyone thinks he is the most beautiful, he basically praises them for their beauty every day. There are many guests who play hide-and-seek with me in order to copy the negatives in advance, and then lead me away, and then steal the USB flash drive tomorrow to get along with all kinds of people. I, for the people I contacted in the steel company, learned something that I couldn't learn in school through this period of internship. Because the environment is different, the people and things you contact are different, and the things you learn from it are naturally different. Learn to learn from practice and practice from learning. We should not only learn well what we have learned in school, but also learn other knowledge from life and practice, and constantly arm ourselves from all aspects, so as to stand out from the competition and express ourselves.

It's really hard to make money.

Our major depends on both hands to make a living. There are many opportunities to make money quickly, but not those who make money slowly. Although I will earn money in the future, I will have a lot of work in the future, especially after I get married. I feel very hard to support my family, but I am 30 years old. If you don't fight now, when can you fight? Therefore, we must be mentally prepared now and work and live in big cities in the future to earn money. Working hard in the company all day and facing the same thing every day is so hard! At that time, I really understood that it was really not easy for my parents to work outside to earn money! 2 1 century is a society of professional women. Even if girls don't become strong women, they have to be financially independent, and only economic independence can have personality independence.

Through this social practice, I learned to stand on my own feet and understand the role of the team in my work, which provided valuable experience and lessons for my future work and study. I will take this as a starting point in turn, study harder in the future, exercise my ability in all aspects, and strive to improve my comprehensive strength!
