In order to implement the strategic deployment of "Great Yangtze River Protection", implement the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, protect the green ecology of Tianxingzhou and ensure the safety of people's lives and property, according to Articles 3 and 49 of the Yangtze River Protection Law, Article 5 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Fire Prevention Law, Article 33 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law and the People's Republic of China (PRC) River Management Regulations,
