Introduction to free diving

Free diving refers to the movement of diving as deep as possible by adjusting one's vital capacity without carrying an air bottle. Free diving includes free diving activities such as entertainment, experience, photography and hunting, as well as extreme breath-holding deep diving of competitive nature. Free diving is called by Forbes magazine as the second most dangerous sport in the world after skydiving. Due to many reasons, such as danger, lack of open water suitable for practice (suitable diving spots) and professional first aid knowledge for practitioners and their potential partners, this sport has only been used as an underwater extreme sport since 1970, and has not been widely promoted to the public. Later, because of the movie "Blue Sea and Blue Sky", a few divers ignited their enthusiasm for it. After decades of changes, free diving has developed into a free diving competition, and free diving activities are mainly divided into indoor (swimming pool) and outdoor (sea).
