My wife and I joined the Sunshine Outdoor qq Group on October 27th, 2065438+2007/KLOC-0, and took part in the first hiking in Jingyuetan on October 30th, 65438/KLOC-0. It's been a whole month now. Over the past month, I have followed the sunshine outdoors for four hiking and two swimming activities, which have been deeply touched and fruitful.

Although we like sports, we seldom do such a long and heavy exercise on foot before, and the intensity and range are not in place. More importantly, in the past, activities were random. Once lazy thoughts prevailed, it was difficult to guarantee time and activity. Basically, I fished for three days and dried my net for two days. After joining the hiking club, the activity time is fixed and the activity amount is generally fixed. The most important thing is that with organizational constraints and the participation of many group friends, there is motivation to move. When hiking, there is a team flag in front, and other players follow before and after. If you can't walk, you must grit your teeth. The motivation of this team ensures the quality of activities and achieves the purpose of exercise.

We walked on the forest path of Jingyuetan, the largest artificial forest in Asia. Every breath we take is fresh and sweet, which inadvertently deepens the depth of breathing and purifies the heart and lungs. For a month, I feel that my breathing is getting more and more even, and my cardiopulmonary function has been strengthened. It is said that hiking can promote systemic blood circulation, help stabilize blood pressure and blood lipids, prevent deposits from appearing on blood vessel walls, and reduce the possibility of arteriosclerosis. Of course, it takes a long time to understand.

I felt very tired when I came home after my first hiking trip. I fell asleep unconsciously on the sofa and slept soundly. I didn't sleep well. It is a great pleasure to have such a stable sleep. With the increase of hiking times, my sleep quality has also improved. After a good sleep, people will have more energy.

After a few more walks, walking is not only not a burden, but more and more enjoyable. Strong walking legs make it easy to go upstairs and downstairs. Now I go out to do business every day. As long as time permits, I will walk within an hour, which is not only exercise, but also low-carbon and environmentally friendly. My wife and I now have a physical and psychological attachment to hiking. Every Wednesday and Thursday, plan how many days are left before Saturday, arrange things in recent days in advance, and ensure the hiking time on Saturday.

Harvest 2, excited nerves, happy mood.

Life used to be monotonous, and I only contacted my family and a few friends every day. After taking part in outdoor activities in the sunshine, I virtually expanded my living scope and made my living space more substantial and three-dimensional. In this group, people of different ages, personalities and hobbies have different skills and specialties. Through mutual infection, communication and learning, everyone can promote and improve each other. There are more group friends and more friends, which increases the content and opportunities of online chat. In this dynamic and relaxed environment, it is easy to find a bosom friend and gain happiness.

My wife and I are the older members of the group. When we are with these energetic young people, watching their warm sunshine and talking and laughing with them, we feel that we are much younger, our hearts are extremely refreshing and our spirits are naturally uplifting. The trivial and depressing troubles in life have long since vanished.

Walking on the mountain ridge, the leaders organized everyone to shout at the same time. Whether young people or old people like us, let go of your throat and shout loudly. Because the mountains are not high and there are many trees, the shouts can't be echoed, but dozens of people shouted at the same time, and the momentum can be described as majestic. More importantly, through this cry, the polluted air in the body is completely eliminated, and the unique fresh air of Jingyuetan fills the whole body, making you feel refreshed and relaxed. This wonderful feeling can't be experienced in any occasion in the city.

Experts suggest that "if you want to be healthy and happy, you must learn to have fun by yourself", and the proverb also says that "medicine is not as good as heart"; "Thousands of people care, thousands of people care, and psychological balance is the key." The heart here refers to the mood, not the spirit. Taking part in outdoor hiking in the sun really found the greatest happiness. In this happy team, in this big family-like group, we are bound to climb mountains together, swim in the swimming pool together, live in harmony, feel like brothers, laugh and get physical and mental health.

Harvest 3: active thinking and increased interest.

Over the past month, I have published essays such as Feelings of Walking, Feelings of Walking in New Year's Words, Happy Meeting of Chinese and Western Cultures, Feelings of Swimming in the Outdoor Sun, etc. Many group friends gave me warm encouragement and support, which made me feel happy and satisfied. Through writing, I have enlivened my thinking, strengthened my brain cells and played a very good role in strengthening my brain.

"Running water does not rot, family members do not rot", and it is more flexible to use more brains. We usually observe more, think more and write more, which is a very effective brain tonic. Friends of the photography team often collect scenery outdoors and capture beautiful moments with lenses. Members of our hiking team can take advantage of the opportunity to walk in the snowy forest, lakes and mountains, observe the people and scenery around them, experience their own thoughts and feelings, record the scenery, cheerful mood, harmonious team atmosphere and all kinds of interesting anecdotes they hear and see, and practice their pens and brains. Writing is not about length, and content is not about quality. This is a great gain, and it must be a valuable asset over time.
