Ma Liqun's introduction

Ma Liqun, male, born in 1944, graduated from the photography department of Renmin University of China, and served as the director of the Cultural Department of the Propaganda Department of Hangzhou Municipal Committee and a member of the ministries. Vice Chairman of Hangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Chairman of Hangzhou Photographers Association; Member of Zhejiang Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Photographers Association; Director of Hangzhou Photography Exhibition Office.
