On June 12 and 15, Youyou Lala, as the representative of the only lesbian organization in Northeast China, was recommended by the person in charge of the same language to participate in the National LGBT Cooperation and Development Forum organized by Kyrgyzstan Consulting Center, and participated in one of the workshops as a guest during the meeting.

On June 23, 20 12, Youyu Lala was invited to participate in the Northeast Gay Culture Festival with the help of Shenyang Love, and was directly named Shenyang les Mutual Aid Association in the Northeast Lala Forum. During the Cultural Festival, she negotiated with Gao Ke of Heilongjiang and established a local lesbian organization in Harbin, which is the future ice city love.
