Article 26 dispute settlement methods

Disputes arising from the performance of this contract shall be settled by both parties through consultation; You can also apply for mediation to the tourism quality supervision and law enforcement agencies, consumer associations, relevant mediation organizations and other relevant departments or institutions in the place where the contract is signed. If negotiation or mediation fails, it shall be settled in the following ways:

Article 27 Other agreed matters
