How to shoot the round and big super moon in Mid-Autumn Festival?

I. Equipment Selection

If you want to do it well, you must sharpen your knife first, and you must choose the right equipment to shoot the moon. I suggest that you don't shoot with your mobile phone. The moon photographed by the mobile phone is a bright spot, and you can't see it at all.

① camera selection

Now the pixels of cameras are very high, and both micro-cameras and SLR cameras can shoot the moon. It's just that the higher the pixel of the camera, the more information is recorded, so the moon will be clearer. If you need post-editing, you can also leave more information.

② lens selection

Choose the right lens, or you can't take a round and big picture of the moon. It's best to shoot the moon with a telephoto lens with a focal length of at least 200mm, so that the shot moon looks good. If you shoot with a 50 mm lens, then the moon is a small point in the picture. The longer the focal length of the moon, the better.

Shooting the moon generally uses a small aperture, so the requirements for lens aperture are not high. However, the optical quality of large aperture lens is better. If you have a large aperture lens, shoot with a large aperture lens.

Focal length: 660mm aperture: f/6.5 ISO sensitivity: 200 exposure time: 1/500s.

Second, you can use a tripod.

You can shoot the moon with a hand-held camera, but sometimes you use a tripod. For example, after the moon is eaten, the picture will become very dark. You can choose to shoot with a tripod at this time. In addition, the use of telephoto lens shooting, plus the fuselage will be very heavy, so using a tripod is a good choice.

Third, the parameter setting

① shooting mode selection

You can only choose the full manual mode (M file) to shoot the moon, and other shooting modes are not so good or even impossible.

② focus mode selection

The focusing mode is manual focusing, and the metering is changed to spot metering. Zoom in when focusing, and then twist the focus ring. If you can see the details of the moon's surface clearly, then focusing is successful.

Focal length: 660mm aperture: f/6.5 ISO sensitivity: 200 exposure time: 2s

③ Aperture/shutter/sensitivity setting

Reduce the sensitivity as much as possible to ensure the image quality. I usually adjust the sensitivity to 100 or 200. I usually adjust the aperture to f/5.6-f/8 because of the imaging quality of aperture value in this range.

Shutter speed is not fixed. At the full moon, the picture will be full of light. You can use a faster shutter speed at this time. As the eclipse begins, the moon becomes smaller and smaller, so it is necessary to gradually slow down the shutter speed. When the shutter speed is getting slower and slower and the hand-held camera can't shoot, a tripod is needed.
