The following materials shall be submitted when applying:

1. Buyer's housing subsidy application form;

2. The buyer's valid bank card number;

3 copies of ID card, marriage certificate and household registration book of both husband and wife of the purchaser.

The purchaser shall apply for housing subsidy within 6 months from the date of filing the commercial housing sales contract. If the application is made within the prescribed time limit, it shall be deemed as giving up the qualification of housing subsidy.

(3) Audit

The Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning is responsible for inquiring about the registration information of housing property rights of buyers; The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau is responsible for inquiring about the housing transaction information of buyers and the filing time of online signing of commercial housing sales contracts, and checking and confirming the eligibility of buyers for housing subsidies according to the information inquired by the real estate registration information system and the online signing system of commercial housing.

Those who meet the requirements after examination will be publicized on the website of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and WeChat WeChat official account for 7 days.

(5) Distribution

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau will apply for funds from the Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Municipal Finance Bureau will fully allocate the subsidy funds to the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, which will be responsible for the payment. The district-level commitment shall be paid in advance by the Municipal Finance Bureau and deducted through system settlement.
