How to carry out copyright registration?

1. Determine whether your work belongs to (1) written works; (2) Oral works; (3) Music, drama, folk art, dance and acrobatic works; (4) Artistic and architectural works; (5) Photographic works; (6) cinematographic works and works created by similar cinematographic methods; (seven) engineering design drawings, product design drawings, maps, schematic diagrams and other graphic works and model works; (8) Computer software; (9) Other works as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

2. Choose the copyright registration service platform of China Copyright Protection Center or the copyright registration service platform of local copyright protection center. The former is more authoritative, but both have the same effect. The copyright registration service platform of the local copyright protection center is generally free.

3. Select the type of work: individual work, legal person work, professional work, cooperative work and entrusted work.

4. Upload the certification materials required for the registration of the work.

5. After the first trial (usually about 3 working days) and the second review (usually about 14-2 1 working days) are passed, the corresponding registration certificate can be obtained.

6. Mail the paper materials to the corresponding registry for filing.
