Ne always comes after the subject, and Pas comes after the first inflected verb.

This rule applies whether there are auxiliary verbs or not ~

For example:

1. direct object

-How are you?

-No, I don't want to get married.

2. Indirect object

-No, I don't have a phone.

3. Reflexive pronouns

I don't know who I am.
