But the time span is too long, and it has become a blind "class worm". Time occupation and moderate control are issues that need attention! If we can't reasonably grasp this "degree" problem, it often backfires!
The "unknown" here means that the "target" is not clear enough. Having a goal, but not clear enough, is a common problem for most partners who are motivated but fail to achieve results!
Goal expression: "I want to get better every year." Without quantitative indicators here, it cannot be a "target"; With quantitative indicators, it is difficult to build an implementation plan without reaching a solution; Without an implementation plan, how to form a team, and who is responsible for the result, can't be implemented layer by layer to people ... What can't be implemented to people may eventually be just an "idea", not a "goal", let alone a "key point". Even if the whole team works hard, they will be very busy and can't achieve anything!
The root cause is: from top to bottom, the goal is unclear and things are chaotic!
The "care" here refers to care that has nothing to do with the goal, such as: face, human feelings ... leading to inattention, lack of "focus" awareness, maybe a phone call will take up an hour; A kind invitation is hard to refuse, at least four hours; A "please help ~" will take up the whole day. ...
You can't ignore human feelings and face, but when you unconsciously manage your time and distinguish between "urgency, weight, delay and lightness", the outside world will not have the concept of respecting your time, and there will be no feasible and effective plan for doing things, which will naturally reduce the score for the result!
Time is occupied by such "troubles", and the final result may really require both internal and external training, and the "consideration" of things and people becomes simply too busy to take care of!
The above three points are just the most common manifestations of "inattention". The dispersion of time and energy makes the goal change, the plan is gradually delayed, and the result is fruitless!
Therefore, learning to "focus" will make the goal truly "achieve"!

On the way from childhood to adulthood, I have been looking for and seeking ... and constantly proving myself by this standard!
This is human nature. At the same time, the recognition and interaction between people is the basis for * * * to win. Therefore, to a great extent, this original intention of "seeking identity" has promoted the development of many relationships and the extension of achievements! From this perspective, the pursuit of identity has its positive effect!
Pay attention to "degree" in everything. If you become a "good person" in the eyes of the other party in order to seek "recognition", you will undoubtedly go astray if you put down the time and energy that should have been occupied by the goal, or ignore your "goal" closely related to the team's performance! Its essence is the positioning deviation between "individual" demand and "team me" demand!
Having said that, it is particularly important to emphasize that this is not an external problem, but an internal maturity problem!
According to the above two aspects, to make fruitful things, we need enough "concentration" and move for the goal!
One more thing needs to be added: to achieve team results, we need to take the overall situation into consideration, and we should not overdo what we are good at, let alone do what we like. Otherwise, we will unconsciously fall into the details, which is by no means "craftsman spirit", but "regardless of priorities", and it is difficult to focus on the team goals as planned!
