and related control measures

Based on the progress of epidemic response, in accordance with the provisions of the "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Plan" of the Comprehensive Group of the State Council's Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism for the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic, and after comprehensive research and judgment by the expert group, some regional risk levels and related The control measures are announced as follows:

1. The following areas will be adjusted to medium-risk areas, and the management measures of "not leaving the area and picking up items at staggered peaks" will be implemented.

Shatou Street

1. Xiaoluo Village: the enclosed area east of Longying 4th Street, south of North Street, west of Longying 1st Street and north of South Street.

2. Shatou Village: the enclosed area east of Huancun Road, south of Shanan Road, west of Jiejin West Road, and north of Yushan West Road.

Dashi Street

Dashan Village: the enclosed area east of Jianhua South Road, south of Futing East Garden-Dashan Xiyong, west of Xinguang Avenue, and north of Qunxian Road.

2. Adjust Shatou Street to a low-risk area and implement the following epidemic prevention and control measures.

Reduce the gathering of people. In addition to undergoing nucleic acid testing and emergency medical treatment, citizens should, in principle, not go out unless necessary, visit other places, get together, or gather together. All commercial establishments, villages, and communities have strengthened their "place code" and other QR code scanning verification. To enter or exit the above establishments, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours.

Except for medical workers, providers, village staff, volunteers, and cadres and employees of government agencies, enterprises and institutions who are responsible for epidemic prevention tasks, other personnel are encouraged to work from home, or become village volunteers on the spot, and provide services to villagers. Report to the village where you are located and fully participate in village epidemic prevention work and village services.

Various entertainment venues, photography studios, cinemas, indoor swimming pools, theaters, bars, gyms, Internet cafes, billiard halls, chess and card rooms, mahjong parlors, escape rooms, foot bath ear picking shops, beauty massage parlors, Bathing centers, indoor attractions, libraries, museums and other closed and semi-closed places are temporarily closed. All catering service units have suspended dine-in services and only provide in-store pickup or takeaway ordering services.

All universities, vocational schools and technical schools implement closed management. Schools and kindergartens have suspended offline teaching, students have suspended returning to school, and teachers and students living in Shatou Street have suspended returning to school across regions. Off-campus training institutions have suspended offline teaching, and childcare and custody institutions have suspended services.

In accordance with the requirements of "everyone must be tested, no one is missed", participate in each round of nucleic acid testing, participate in nucleic acid testing at different times according to the notice of the street and village, strictly protect yourself, and wear masks regularly. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter and return to your home immediately after testing.

3. Shatou Street and Dashi Street have established specialized service support teams, set up heart-warming service hotlines and medical consultation hotlines to respond to citizens’ demands in a timely manner.

4. On the basis of the epidemic situation, off-campus training institutions in the region have suspended offline teaching and custody institutions have suspended services.

The above measures will be implemented from the date of issuance of this notice, and will be adjusted in a timely manner according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation. Units and individuals who fail to fulfill their main responsibilities and refuse to implement epidemic prevention requirements, causing the spread of the epidemic, will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.
