Did China Post Group issue 150 precious metal stamps on Qi Baishi's birthday?
China Post Group did not issue the precious metal stamps of Qi Baishi's birthday 150.
The so-called precious metal stamps are not real stamps in essence, but imitations of stamps, or handicrafts. Only in the name of so-called stamps can they increase their value and sell more money.
Only in 1997 and 1999 did China issue two special gold foil stamps for the return of Hong Kong and Macao to the motherland, with the face value of 50 yuan. This is just a thin layer of gold foil on the paper substrate, not all of which are precious metals.
