Extended data:

There are two buttons on the upper left and lower left of the lens mount, which are the preview button of depth of field and the Fn custom function button.

Preview of Depth of Field: Press this button, the lens aperture will shrink to the aperture value you set, and instantly darken in the viewfinder. This is because when shooting a normal view, the camera will automatically enlarge the aperture of the lens to the maximum to get more light, which will make the viewfinder bright and easy to focus.

This function is of little use in daily shooting. Only when using the macro lens, press the preview of the depth of field to see if the subject is completely clear within the depth of field, so it is easier to adjust the aperture value.

Fn function key: This is one of Nikon's unique function keys, which mainly allows users to set a designated function for Fn key in the menu, which is convenient for quick adjustment during shooting.

There are also two keys on the right side of the lens bayonet, namely: the lens bayonet lock and the focus drive mode switching key.

Lens bayonet lock: As the name implies, it is used when removing the lens. When you unload the lens, you need to hold down this key and then rotate the lens to unload the lens.

Focus drive mode switching key: used to switch three focus modes, namely: c "continuous focus" is used to shoot moving objects, and the system will work continuously in the focus state, and the shutter can be pressed at any time; S's "single focus" is used to shoot still objects, and the shutter system focuses once every half press.

Different from continuous focusing, if the camera is out of focus, you can't press the shutter to shoot; M "Manual focusing" is used for shooting scenes that need high focusing accuracy, such as macro photography, and it is necessary to manually rotate the lens focusing ring for focusing shooting.
