Is the well Chaoyang or Chaonan?

Baidu Encyclopedia shows that Du Jing Town belongs to Chaonan District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province, located in the east of Chaonan District, on the south bank of Lianjiang River downstream, facing Wenguang Street, Chengnan Street and Haimen Town in Chaoyang District in the east and north, bordering the South China Sea in the south and Longtian Town in the west.
