Three shooting angles of portrait photography

The so-called portrait photography perspective refers to the high and low position of the camera when shooting. In general, shooting angles can be divided into three types: head-up, head-up and head-down.

First, head-up shooting portraits

The head-up angle accords with people's visual habits and the viewpoint of observing scenery. Because the lens is at the height of the human eye, the picture has the effect of smooth head-up, which is a documentary angle. In order to keep head-up, the photographer needs to adjust the height of the camera according to the height of the model, so that the camera and the subject are always on the same level.

The photographer shot the girl from a head-up perspective, and the girl's expression was very natural and looked particularly kind.

Second, look up and take portraits.

Looking up can make the subject's legs look long and make people look tall and slim. Because of this different shooting angle and traditional visual habits, it also changes the visual perspective relationship of human eyes to observe things, giving people a novel feeling. The lines of the characters themselves converge upward, and the exaggeration effect is obvious.

Low-angle shooting makes people look taller and the picture has a strong visual impact.

Third, overlooking the portrait.

Shooting from above is conducive to expressing the spatial level of the characters, explaining their environment and giving people a condescending feeling. It is easy to get the effect of face-lifting and beauty when shooting women from this angle. Looking down is still the perfect angle for shooting, a sleeping beauty, but the angle of looking down needs to be controlled, because the angle of looking down will compress the spatial sense of the picture and the three-dimensional sense of the portrait. So try not to use the overlooking angle perpendicular to the ground, and the best angle is the overlooking angle below the syncline.

Taking a bird's eye view of a girl, the girl's face looks very delicate, plus the vague prospect, the girl is very cute.
