Chapter II Rights and Obligations of Community Members

Chapter IV Community Management

Article 35 The Community Station Affairs Committee shall be established as the highest authority management institution in the community, and shall be responsible for the deliberation and decision-making of major bills such as community development planning, station affairs construction, service change, appointment and removal of administrators, and change of administrators' authority. Set up a station management, station supervision and rule-making team as a daily management organization to exercise management activities within the agreed scope under the authorization of the community station Committee.

Article 36 The members of the Community Station Affairs Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Standing Committee") are composed of deputy heads (inclusive) or above of the daily management institutions, and have the right to vote on major decisions of the daily activities of the community.

Article 37 The community station committee shall have one director, two deputy directors and one secretary-general. The daily management affairs of the community, including organizing the preparation of community development planning, examining and approving columns, setting managers' authority, communicating with the outside world, issuing important community announcements, and coordinating the work of community management groups, are fully presided over by the Secretary-General on behalf of the community station committee.

Article 38 A community shall set up a team composed of community editors, responsible editors, community administrators, squad leaders and other different management roles to be responsible for the specific work of community daily affairs management:

(1) The community editor is responsible for the content supervision of the whole community.

Article 56 The community reserves the right to modify or interrupt the service at any time without notifying the community members, and is not responsible to the community members or the third party when exercising the right to modify or interrupt the service.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

Article 57 Matters not covered in this Law shall be implemented with reference to relevant national laws and regulations. If this Law conflicts with national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail.
