Disadvantages:

① There are many scattered rays, and the quality of X-rays is poor.

② The contrast of the photos is lost, so it is necessary to choose appropriate exposure conditions.

③ The images of inflammatory lesions, active tuberculosis and pulmonary calcification are slightly worse than those of ordinary films.
