China Hongkong Government. Pigeonhouse, another name for Haishanlou, is located in Bayuquan, China. This building, together with Seaview Building, Fuchang Building and Yifa Building, is nicknamed "Monster Building". They were all built by the Hong Kong government in China. Five buildings are closely connected to form a huge "E", and countless balconies and windows on the building are as small as pigeon cages.
