Tell the photography company to ask for reconstruction.

If you can make clear requirements, such as whiter skin, or capitalized eyes, or brighter photos, or change some parts, the general photography company will satisfy you.

However, if you just say that you are not satisfied and then say that the overall feeling is not good, there is nothing the photography company can do.
