Thirdly, I personally think that the biggest advantage of this practical course is to go to the workshop of Luyou Sports Fashion Factory. The director showed us the whole process of the factory. A pair of finished shoes need more than 30 processes, large and small, from receiving and inspection to finished products. Every working procedure is strictly audited until the finished product is finished. The operation is so strict. Finally, I went to the designer's studio and got a preliminary understanding of the designer's work content, working environment and working methods. The factory workshop and the designer's studio are worlds apart, not only in terms of temperature and humidity, but also in terms of salary. Products are exported to Britain, the United States, Jordan and other countries. Xxxx knitting co., ltd was established in 1976. The company has completely independent export trade rights.

First of all, the leaders and technicians gave us a simple training plan as follows: Sewing workshop: reasonably combine people, equipment and space, so as to produce the shortest process route, the shortest processing time and the lowest cost in the sewing production process, and produce products that meet customer requirements.

Shearing Department: The workflow is to collect cloth, work order, production materials and soft paper, and then typeset, pull cloth, cut, check sheets, number, bind separately, send sewing and patch.

Pattern group: through the whole production process of cutting, sewing, inspection and packaging: first, raw materials such as fabrics, linings and interlining are cut into various parts of the garment, such as the front piece, chin and sleeves, and then sewn with sewing equipment, and then pressed and packaged.

Because the sewing workshop has a long time and the machines are operated by regular employees, it is difficult for the factory director to assign jobs to us. I did as much as I could while completing the tasks assigned by the leaders, and read many company documents, such as man-machine layout, work orders, order schedule, unit flow process layout, production ingredient list and so on. In the process of visiting the workshop, I have a deep understanding of the technological process of mass production. I have done it myself, such as canvas, numbering, splitting, sewing, patching, recording drawing list and cutting table.

The process of cloth pulling: One employee and I pulled the cloth off the cloth, the other two employees folded the cloth neatly, marked the end of the board on the cutting machine, fixed the position of the end of the cloth with a pressing iron, straightened the cloth (to prevent the cloth from wrinkling and overstretching), and then I cut the material with the former employee. Repeat the above process. After a piece of cloth is finished, if the difference between the front and back of the fabric is not obvious, it is necessary to spread sandwich paper, and then pull another piece of cloth to prevent color difference defects. If the difference between the front and back of the fabric is obvious, there is no need for sandwich paper, as long as the fabric is upside down when the horse is closed. Repeat the above process until the required number of layers is reached.

After pulling the cloth, expand the layout and start cutting. Binding function: convenient sewing, used to calculate quantity and settle wages. In order to prevent the occurrence of color difference defects, they should be numbered. Finally, send the cut pieces to the sewing workshop.

Through personal participation, I not only deeply understand the work of the cutting machine, but also have a deep understanding of the paper quality of typesetting drawings, the role of sandwich paper and backing paper, and how to arrange the length of line segments.

I know many samples of fabrics, such as velvet and elastic rib on sweat cloth. There are also various accessories, including zippers (specifically, such as ykk, ycc, sbs), ropes, buckles, holes, shoelaces, elastic bands, main labels, washing labels, tags, decorative labels and so on.

Sample group is equivalent to a centralized production department, which runs through the whole production process of cutting, sewing, inspection and packaging. The lathe workers in the sample group should have high sewing skills, and many of them have 17 or 18 years of work experience. In addition to high sewing skills, you should also have the ability to understand the demand table of sample clothes.

I also participated in quality inspection and post-packaging. Quality inspection includes size measurement and appearance quality inspection. If there is an alternative rib or lower blue, the elasticity of the rib or lower blue must be estimated when storing, and the size requirements must be clearly defined after making. Appearance quality inspection is to see if there are pockets bursting, underlining, floating lines, pinholes, bad buttons, no date, jumpers, fading and so on. Then the clothes that pass the quality inspection are packaged according to the customer's requirements, which is the clothes produced as big goods. As sample clothes, the clothes are sent to the sewing workshop for sample clothes.

Post-packaging

After the whole package, I cut the thread, clean up the dirt and paint powder. When I do this, I pick out the clothes with bad phenomena such as broken thread, broken thread, no buckle, insufficient release, no hanging bell, hole and so on, hang tags, spare buttons, put glasses cloth and folded clothes, and fill out the outer box list according to the packing distribution table. The list of outer cases includes style, color, size, quantity per case, order number and case number. There are still many places to pay attention to after the whole set.
