Why can't Taiyuan keep talents?

I, born in Taiyuan after 90s, grew up in jiancaoping district. Everyone in Taiyuan knows where the pointed lawn is. Speaking of pointed lawns, it is nothing more than state-owned enterprises, Taigang and heavy industrial zones. My parents are employees of state-owned enterprises. Employees of state-owned enterprises sound good. There are five insurances and one gold in formal work, but who knows the hard work and unfairness behind it.

When I was admitted to the university, my parents wanted me to study a major related to their unit, and then graduate directly into state-owned enterprises to follow in my father's footsteps, but I really couldn't adapt to that monotonous and boring life. I spent my whole life in the sharp lawn, a place where no one cares and no one asks, and my horizons are much smaller.

University is not a good school, but an ordinary two schools. After graduation, students are very confused. Those who study abroad basically don't come back. Those who came back have arranged jobs at home, either selling houses or cars or working in small companies. Because they didn't study science, state-owned enterprises couldn't get in, so they had to find jobs themselves and then entered sales. In fact, I never thought I would do this, but I can't help it. The whole northern part of Taiyuan is a state-owned enterprise. There are no decent Internet companies. If there are, they are all in Cheng Nan, small shops and Yingze. State-owned enterprises have nothing to do and can't get in, which leads to career establishment and civil service examination. This situation reminds me that cities all over the country are like this, and better jobs are so difficult. Either you can't find it, or you are dozens of kilometers away from home.

Then talk about work pressure and income. Sales is a high-income group in Taiyuan. If you work hard, you will have more than 10 thousand a month, but only if you don't have your own time. In the first three months of selling cars, I had a certain interest in cars, and I became a full member in two months. This salary in Taiyuan, the probation period is one month 1800, and there are four days off every month. And you have to ask for instructions, not necessarily rest, not just sales. I asked many students who work in private enterprises whether they have a one-day rest or a half-day rest. Then the leader said to go to work at 8 o'clock and get off work at 6: 30, but after work, there were endless meetings and phone calls. As a salesman, I put up with it. A month later, although I just became a regular employee and deducted a mess of money, I still got 56 thousand, which is a good income in Taiyuan, above average. The sales of senior qualifications average 654.38+ 10,000+a year.

But this job will definitely not last long, and I can't adapt to the pressure, even if this business is my interest. So I decided to take the postgraduate entrance examination. Later, he resigned and went to Zhejiang for postgraduate study. Because the undergraduate is also studying in Shanxi, I don't know how much my horizons have shrunk. I feel that Taiyuan is also the provincial capital, not much worse than the outside, so I don't want to go out. But I went to Zhejiang for a fucking year, and now I find out, why is Zhejiang developed? Shanxi will never catch up with others.

First of all, I didn't go to Hangzhou, the provincial capital, but to Ningbo, which ranks second in Zhejiang. It is estimated that people who have never been to Ningbo will stick to the concept of Ningbo glutinous rice balls (at least I do). Not to mention the natural environment, Zhejiang, the air is good, that is, it's too hot, humid and hot in fucking summer, and it's terribly cold in winter, unlike Taiyuan, where it can't be hot for a few days in summer and there is heating in winter. As far as the climate is concerned, I still like Taiyuan. Although the air is not particularly good, it has improved a lot in recent years. I really can't find any reason to go back to Taiyuan except the climate and relatives and friends. When I didn't come out, I always wondered why everyone wanted to go out to Xi, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou. I think Taiyuan is also the provincial capital, right Not enough for you to fly? Then I hit my face.

Ningbo is a city with separate plans and is often listed as a new first-tier city. I used to think that Ningbo was a small place. After I went there, I found that it was twice as big as Taiyuan and the population was twice as big as Taiyuan. However, subways and buses are never crowded during rush hours or at ordinary times. One reason should be that the land is vast and the population is sparse. Another reason is that there are many bus lines and people start on time, so there are real-time buses to check. What about Taiyuan? If nothing else, look at the no.25 bus at the gate of my high school. It can't be crowded during rush hour. Many buses don't come for an hour, and then two or three buses get off at once. It is impossible to verify the bus yet, but the price is really cheap. This is an advantage.

Then there is the working environment. The whole of Ningbo gives people a leisurely feeling, and there is not so much pressure. Unlike Taiyuan, an invisible pressure hangs over the sky all the time. The bureaucracy prevailing here is basically invisible in Zhejiang, with high efficiency and good service attitude. Hospitals, too, basically do not need to wait in line for too long, and leaders have no shelf. There are few state-owned enterprises there, and most of them are like Youngor, VIP Bird and Bosideng (I didn't know these are Ningbo brands until I went there). This relatively large clothing industry also has Internet companies. There are many more natural job opportunities.

If you earn money, if nothing else, take teaching as a profession. A junior high school teacher in Taiyuan, with a monthly salary of more than 3,000 yuan, five insurances and one gold, provident fund 1, is almost enough. There are more than 5000 junior high school teachers in Ningbo, and the provident fund is 2000. Plus the bonus is more than 100 thousand a year. I asked the locals, and they all said that the welfare in Ningbo is the best in Zhejiang. Moreover, graduate students graduated from Ningbo, and in addition to no restrictions on settlement, they also paid 20,000 yuan at a time. In some places in Ningbo, buying the first suite subsidizes 35% of the house price, with a maximum of 250,000. On the other hand, Taiyuan canceled the household registration restriction and paid 1 10,000 yuan. I wonder where Taiyuan attracts graduates? And the house price 1.5 thousand to 30 thousand, many places are similar to Taiyuan.

I really don't know if I don't go out. After I went out, I knew why so many people didn't want to come back. I have never been to a first-tier city, and those who have gone to a first-tier city definitely don't want to come back.

Seeing the problem of the landlord, this problem looks great, but it is very practical.

As a post-90s generation, all my friends who stayed in Taiyuan after graduation are basically helping to arrange jobs at home, or looking for jobs in Taiyuan first.

Those who have the ability are still out. I think the main reason for the brain drain in Taiyuan is that there is no high-tech industry to retain people. Like first-tier cities, there are many emerging industries that can solve the employment problem, and employees will have social security during the probation period. It is not difficult to find a job during the weekend holiday.

In addition, there is a relatively reasonable promotion system.

First of all, the industry in Taiyuan is relatively simple. For example, Qingkong is a very good office building in Taiyuan, but there are really many office buildings in first-tier cities, and some of Qingkong are local companies in Shanxi. There are not many foreign companies.

If a city wants to retain talents, it must relax its system and increase large enterprises and some high-tech enterprises. In this way, many Shanxi people who come back from abroad can find suitable jobs and get suitable wages to attract talents.

In Taiyuan, there are not many jobs on weekends, so it is not easy to find them. Companies with social security during the probation period have never heard of it.

Many people, accustomed to getting high wages in big cities, may come back at once and can't accept this reality. In addition, young people returning from first-tier cities, including me, still feel sorry. Beishangguang can't accommodate the body, and the third and fourth lines can't accommodate the soul. It is a helpless mood to accept the status quo.

I am a classmate in high school. I went to college in Tianjin and drifted in Beijing for 9 years. In the IT industry, I earn about 25,000 yuan a month, rent 5,000 yuan and eat and drink 5,000 yuan in Lazar. You can deposit at least 15000 every month. Can't afford to buy a house in Beijing. I want to work in Taiyuan. As a result, I found a job in Taiyuan with a monthly salary of 5000. I also travel a lot. Rent 1500, eating and drinking Lazar 2000, deposit 1500 every month, and the quality of life is seriously reduced. After working for less than three months, I went back to drift north. Well, this is just a microcosm. Can Shanxi retain talents?

People in power in Shanxi graduated from several universities, namely Shandong University, Normal University and University of Technology. Graduates from universities such as 985 in Qingbei have room for improvement, but there is no way to return to Shanxi for a foothold. I have a friend who graduated from Peking University for 30 years and worked as a bureau director in a county town. Some normal students can decide his fate. It is understood that students who attended 985 University in Shanxi are rarely willing to come back because they are excluded!

I came from Beijing to settle down, and then I found that the salary of programmers in Taiyuan was really low.

And most of them are small companies.

And the boss is also the kind of giant pit.

I have been here for less than a year, and I don't want to stay any longer.

Let's go home and start our own business.

My child wants to stay with me and look for a job in Taiyuan after graduation. There is no suitable job, no job seeker, no introduction mechanism ... Taiyuan is actually not suitable for "talent" work, with backward concepts and messy cities. Only suitable for small-scale operation, and finally settled in other cities.

Needless to say, I don't want to live in Taiyuan as a retired worker. Don't say it's a mess, there's not even a place to walk. All the parks are built far away from home. The ground of the park is marble, not slippery, which is strange and scary.

People can't! Travel all over the world and go back to Taiyuan to see all of China?

Taiyuan stresses talents, and Shanxi people all over the world are fierce. But how many local academicians are there? There are many big enterprises, right? How many big projects are there? Other provinces and cities tried their best to attract enterprises. Taigang was too heavy and was lured away by Tianjin Shougang!

Taiyuan As far as financial resources are concerned, all banks in China are located in Taiyuan. Shanxi bosses everywhere invest.

Taiyuan is the most developed capital service investment group like the United States. Super-advanced hotel service industry. Concentrate capital and go abroad.

Conscience: Taiyuan has changed a lot in the past five or six years, with Dongshan and Xishan and Xiaodian Jinyuan. But the general public basically doesn't feel anything. Why? All the money was donated to the developed areas!

The salary level of Taiyuan people has seriously dragged down the provincial capital of the country!

On this issue, seeking truth from facts has both objective and subjective factors. Let me analyze it carefully:

1. objective reason: Taiyuan was not like this before 20 12, and there were many historical debts in urban infrastructure construction. Viaduct and tunnel, a tall three-dimensional infrastructure, only appeared in the last five years. Explain this background. Attracting or retaining talents is the charm of a city. Traditionally, people define talents as compound or professional people with high academic qualifications and high IQ. Mainly concentrated in universities, research institutes, Internet companies, high-tech industries and financial industries.

1. Institutions: There are no other 2 1 1 schools except Polytechnic University in Taiyuan, and there is no 985 at all. The development of colleges and universities needs senior professors and academic leaders such as Changjiang Scholars, Thousand Talents Program and academicians. However, when these people get this price, there are countless colleges and universities offering olive branches, and Shanxi colleges and universities are not competitive at all (mainly reflected in research funds, housing, wages and so on). This is an objective reason and there is no way.
