University is not a good school, but an ordinary two schools. After graduation, students are very confused. Those who study abroad basically don't come back. Those who came back have arranged jobs at home, either selling houses or cars or working in small companies. Because they didn't study science, state-owned enterprises couldn't get in, so they had to find jobs themselves and then entered sales. In fact, I never thought I would do this, but I can't help it. The whole northern part of Taiyuan is a state-owned enterprise. There are no decent Internet companies. If there are, they are all in Cheng Nan, small shops and Yingze. State-owned enterprises have nothing to do and can't get in, which leads to career establishment and civil service examination. But this job will definitely not last long, and I can't adapt to the pressure, even if this business is my interest. So I decided to take the postgraduate entrance examination. Later, he resigned and went to Zhejiang for postgraduate study. Because the undergraduate is also studying in Shanxi, I don't know how much my horizons have shrunk. I feel that Taiyuan is also the provincial capital, not much worse than the outside, so I don't want to go out. But I went to Zhejiang for a fucking year, and now I find out, why is Zhejiang developed? Shanxi will never catch up with others.

First of all, I didn't go to Hangzhou, the provincial capital, but to Ningbo, which ranks second in Zhejiang. It is estimated that people who have never been to Ningbo will stick to the concept of Ningbo glutinous rice balls (at least I do). Not to mention the natural environment, Zhejiang, the air is good, that is, it's too hot, humid and hot in fucking summer, and it's terribly cold in winter, unlike Taiyuan, where it can't be hot for a few days in summer and there is heating in winter. As far as the climate is concerned, I still like Taiyuan. Although the air is not particularly good, it has improved a lot in recent years. I really can't find any reason to go back to Taiyuan except the climate and relatives and friends. When I didn't come out, I always wondered why everyone wanted to go out to Xi, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou. I think Taiyuan is also the provincial capital, right Not enough for you to fly? Ningbo is a city with separate plans and is often listed as a new first-tier city. I used to think that Ningbo was a small place. After I went there, I found that it was twice as big as Taiyuan and the population was twice as big as Taiyuan. However, subways and buses are never crowded during rush hours or at ordinary times. One reason should be that the land is vast and the population is sparse. Another reason is that there are many bus lines and people start on time, so there are real-time buses to check. What about Taiyuan? If nothing else, look at the no.25 bus at the gate of my high school. It can't be crowded during rush hour. Many buses don't come for an hour, and then two or three buses get off at once. It is impossible to verify the bus yet, but the price is really cheap. This is an advantage.

Then there is the working environment. The whole of Ningbo gives people a leisurely feeling, and there is not so much pressure. Unlike Taiyuan, an invisible pressure hangs over the sky all the time. The bureaucracy prevailing here is basically invisible in Zhejiang, with high efficiency and good service attitude. Hospitals, too, basically do not need to wait in line for too long, and leaders have no shelf. There are few state-owned enterprises there, and most of them are like Youngor, VIP Bird and Bosideng (I didn't know these are Ningbo brands until I went there). This relatively large clothing industry also has Internet companies. There are many more natural job opportunities.

If you earn money, if nothing else, take teaching as a profession. A junior high school teacher in Taiyuan, with a monthly salary of more than 3,000 yuan, five insurances and one gold, provident fund 1, is almost enough. There are more than 5000 junior high school teachers in Ningbo, and the provident fund is 2000. Plus the bonus is more than 100 thousand a year. I asked the locals, and they all said that the welfare in Ningbo is the best in Zhejiang. Moreover, graduate students graduated from Ningbo, and in addition to no restrictions on settlement, they also paid 20,000 yuan at a time. In some places in Ningbo, buying the first suite subsidizes 35% of the house price, with a maximum of 250,000. On the other hand, Taiyuan canceled the household registration restriction and paid 1 10,000 yuan. I wonder where Taiyuan attracts graduates? And the house price 1.5 thousand to 30 thousand, many places are similar to Taiyuan.

I really don't know if I don't go out. After I went out, I knew why so many people didn't want to come back. I have never been to a first-tier city, and those who have gone to a first-tier city definitely don't want to come back.

As a post-90s generation, all my friends who stayed in Taiyuan after graduation are basically helping to arrange jobs at home, or looking for jobs in Taiyuan first.

Like first-tier cities, there are many emerging industries that can solve the employment problem, and employees will have social security during the probation period. First of all, the industry in Taiyuan is relatively simple. For example, Qingkong is a very good office building in Taiyuan, but there are really many office buildings in first-tier cities, and some of Qingkong are local companies in Shanxi. There are not many foreign companies.

If a city wants to retain talents, it must relax its system and increase large enterprises and some high-tech enterprises. In this way, many Shanxi people who come back from abroad can find suitable jobs and get suitable wages to attract talents.

In Taiyuan, there are not many jobs on weekends, so it is not easy to find them. Companies with social security during the probation period have never heard of it.

Many people, accustomed to getting high wages in big cities, may come back at once and can't accept this reality. In addition, young people returning from first-tier cities, including me, still feel sorry. Beishangguang can't accommodate the body, and the third and fourth lines can't accommodate the soul. It is a helpless mood to accept the status quo.

I am a classmate in high school. I went to college in Tianjin and drifted in Beijing for 9 years.
