Why are you detained for taking photos in court without authorization?
(1) No audio or video recording is allowed during the trial without permission. If you take pictures and walk around at will, it may create public opinion, which is not conducive to the judge's independent judgment. Judicial transparency is more about the transparency of procedures and results.
(2) For those who violate the rules of the court, with the approval of the president, the presiding judge or the sole judge may order them to leave the court or impose a fine or detention.
Legal basis: Article 110 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), litigants and others shall abide by the court rules. The people's court may admonish, order to leave, fine or detain those who violate the rules of the court. The people's court shall investigate criminal responsibility for disturbing the court, assaulting the court, insulting, slandering, threatening or beating the judge, and seriously disturbing the court order; If the circumstances are minor, they shall also be fined and detained.
Article 176 the Supreme People's Court's Interpretation of the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) If a litigant participant or other person commits one of the following acts, the people's court may apply the provisions of Article 110 of the Civil Procedure Law:
(1) Recording, videotaping or photographing without permission;
(two) without permission, the use of mobile communication means to spread the trial activities on the spot;
(3) other activities that disrupt the court order and hinder the trial.
Under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the people's court may temporarily detain the equipment used by the participants in the proceedings or others for recording, video recording, photographing and disseminating the trial activities, and order them to delete the relevant contents; Refuses to delete, the people's court may take necessary measures to forcibly delete.

Article 17 In court trial activities, all personnel shall obey the command of the presiding judge or the sole judge, respect judicial etiquette and observe court discipline, and shall not commit any of the following acts:

(five) other acts that endanger the security of the court or disturb the order of the court.
Article 19 Whoever violates court discipline shall be given a warning by the presiding judge or the sole judge; Admonish those who don't listen to warnings; If the advice is invalid, it shall be ordered to withdraw from the court; For those who refuse to leave the court, instruct the judicial police to forcibly take them away from the court.
If the actor violates the provisions of Item 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 17 of these Rules, the people's court may temporarily detain the equipment and storage media used by him and delete the relevant contents.
Article 21 The judicial police shall maintain court order according to the instructions of the presiding judge or the sole judge.
When there is an emergency that endangers the personal safety of court staff or seriously disturbs the court order, the judicial police can directly take necessary measures.
Compulsory measures taken by the people's court against those who violate court discipline according to law, such as seizing articles, forcibly taking them out of court, fines, detention, etc., shall be implemented by the judicial police.
