Weifang Federation of Literary and Art Circles Organization

In the early days of the establishment of Weifang Federation of Literary and Art Circles, there were four departments (institutes): office, literary creation room, association work department and Weifang Painting and Calligraphy Institute. 1997 10 Weifang Painting and Calligraphy Institute, the internal organization of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, was renamed Weifang Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and the internal organization of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles was renamed Weifang Federation of Literary and Art Circles. By the end of 2004, there were 20 federations of literary and art circles.

In 2004, according to the deployment requirements of the provincial and municipal committees on the institutional reform of mass organizations, the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles carried out institutional reform, which was reviewed by the Organizing Committee of Weifang Municipal Committee and reported to the Municipal Committee for approval, and the main responsibilities, internal institutions and staffing of Weifang Federation of Literary and Art Circles were redefined. Weifang Writers' Association and Weifang Federation of Literary and Art Circles are co-located, and there are four departments (institutes) under the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Municipal Writers' Association: Office, Organization Liaison Department, Literature and Art Workshop and Literary and Art Circles Painting and Calligraphy Institute. Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Municipal Writers Association 18, including 2 workers. Chairman 1, 3 vice-chairmen (among them, 1 is concurrently the leader of the Municipal Writers Association and is responsible for the daily work of the Municipal Writers Association); 4 ministers (director, dean).

Weifang Federation of Literary and Art Circles implements the group membership system. In the past twenty-four years, Weifang Federation of Literary and Art Circles has grown from scratch, and now there are 16 municipal professional writers and artists associations. Including Weifang Artists Association, Weifang Musicians Association, Weifang Calligraphers Association, Weifang Photographers Association, Weifang Dancers Association, Weifang Quyi Association, Weifang Folk Writers Association, Weifang Dramatists Association, Weifang Farmers Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association, Weifang Television Artists Association, Weifang Paper-cut Artists Association, Weifang Couplet Artists Association, Weifang Chinese and Foreign Dance Exchange Association, Weifang Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, Weifang, gaomi city Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Shouguang City. Sponsor and publish the literary periodical Kite Capital. At present, there are more than 5,000 members in various literary and art societies, including about 237 national members and 1.400 provincial members.
