The campus of Hanshan Teachers College covers an area of 987,000 square meters, with a building area of 468,000 square meters. Yan Information School was founded in Huichaojia Normal School in the 29th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1903). Its predecessor can be traced back to Hanshan Academy, which was built in the fifth year of Song Yuanyou (1090).
