" It means that when everything recovers in spring, you should go to bed early, get up early and walk slowly, which can make you feel happy and healthy. This summarizes the basic points in daily life: going to bed early and getting up early, soaking feet with hot water before going to bed, and massaging Yongquan point on the soles of the feet can all promote sleep. In the morning, you can stand on the balcony or in front of the window, fully stretch your body, slightly open your eyes and stare at the roof, then slightly close your eyes and rub your hands on your eyes for a while, repeating 2 1 time, which can maintain your eyes and prevent them from being dry in spring. Sunbathing outdoors during the day can nourish the yang of the human body.
Diet conditioning depends on the change of solar terms and everyone's physical condition. During the period of fright, diet and daily life should conform to the nature of the liver, help the temper and make the five internal organs calm. Mainly based on the principle of "nourishing yang in spring and summer", you can eat more foods that can nourish yang, such as leeks, spinach and shepherd's purse. In spring, liver qi is strong, which is easy to hurt the spleen, so eat less acid, eat more sweets such as jujube, crispy rice and yam, and replenish the spleen in shock season, which can be made into jujube porridge and yam porridge.

1, dried tangerine peel, lotus seed and coix seed duck soup
Ingredients: 6 grams of dried tangerine peel, 30 grams of peeled lotus seed meat, 30 grams of fried coix seed, 0/2g of yam10g of ginger10g of duck meat.
