Based on the principle of "sincere cooperation, mutual trust and mutual benefit, and common development", in order to better expand the market and optimize the marketing chain, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement through consultation:

1. During the term of this agreement, Party A and Party B voluntarily become the horizontal alliance units of the other party.

2. The number of this contract and the number of the power of attorney (license) are the same.

Three. During the term of this agreement, Party A authorizes or entrusts Party B to become its corporate brand image to be publicized in various media such as the Internet, brochures, corporate alliance cards and instructions for the use of alliance cards, and only serves the alliance members of the company.

Four. When Party A purchases from Party B with Party A's consumption card, Party A can enjoy the following maximum discounts at Party B:

6. Party A and Party B shall provide quality services for their members. The preferential items of credit card consumption by members of both parties are not included in the activities of both parties.

7. During the term of this agreement, Party B shall publish advertisements for Party A free of charge on Party B's e-commerce network platform according to the seasonal changes of Party A's goods (Party B shall provide pictures of the company's promotional products and relevant information of the products).

8. Force Majeure: Either party shall notify the other party of the event in writing within three days from the date of the event of force majeure, and submit to the other party the certificate that causes the failure or delay of performance in whole or in part within thirty days from the date of the event.

Nine. Reservation of rights: failure of either party to exercise rights or take measures against the other party's breach of contract shall not be regarded as waiver of rights or investigation of liabilities for breach of contract.

X. Dispute settlement: In case of any dispute between the two parties over the interpretation or performance of relevant clauses, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation first.

XI。 This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party. It takes effect from the date of signature by both parties, and the signatories of both parties have the responsibility to supervise and inspect the performance of all parties. Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled by both parties through consultation.
