(1) The architectural design of archives should allocate all kinds of buildings according to different grades, scales and functions, which can be composed of archives, archives consultation, archives business and technology, office and auxiliary buildings.

(2) The architectural layout of archives should be based on the principle of functional zoning, and all kinds of rooms should be arranged, so as to achieve reasonable functions and convenient processes, solve the internal and external contact and separation, and avoid crossing. File transfer between parts should not be through open channels. Rooms with temperature and humidity requirements should be arranged centrally or in different regions.

(3) The architectural design of archives should make all kinds of files and materials safe and convenient to consult; Check the environment should be quiet; Staff should have the necessary working conditions. The main buildings in the building area should have a good orientation.

A. When heating equipment needs to be installed, the total thermal resistance of the envelope should be designed according to the minimum total thermal resistance calculated in the current national standard Code for Thermal Design of Civil Buildings (GB50 176), and then increased by 20% ~ 30%;

B. When air-conditioning equipment needs to be installed, the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope should conform to the current national standard Code for Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (GBJ19);

(8) Thermal insulation measures should be taken for the roof of the warehouse and meet the following requirements:

(2) The reading room design shall meet the following requirements:

(2) The miniaturizing room can include data assembly room, miniaturizing room (divided into main computer room and small computer room), processing room, adjustment room and laboratory, quality inspection room, proofreading and cataloging room, copying room, magnification and reduction room, miniaturizing library and spare parts library, etc. The non-microfilm center can be scaled down, and supporting rooms can be organized as needed.
