This week, I unconsciously ushered in the commemoration of two months of morning running. Time flies. Now I think about it, the gains in these two months are quite rich. Great changes have taken place in morning running, writing, reading or working, and these changes depend on the change of thinking when you look at things.

In the past, I was habitually caught in a strange circle of thinking and entanglement. Under the influence of perfectionism, I was always unable to start the first step. Over time, I wanted to be the primary and ultimate action for one thing. But always being in the primary stage often makes the problem worse, and the matter itself has not been solved, which will only increase emotional anxiety.

When you change your mind, you start to pull away from the internal friction of emotions, focus more time and energy on actions, and think about how to achieve your goals better. Take action step by step, find problems from daily actions, and constantly optimize and iterate to improve the next action, and so on.

Second, learn to integrate resources and create your own uniqueness

Recently, I have been communicating with several friends about the operation of new channels, and they are constantly tapping each other's resources and advantages. Just as we are worried about how to make good use of our existing resources and find a differentiated route, this problem suddenly becomes clear when we run in the morning.

Everyone has its own characteristics. If you only look at the advantages of a single dimension, you may not be competitive, but if you integrate them, the comprehensive competitiveness will be different, and the possibility of copying and imitating more important things is not high. After all, everyone's advantages and characteristics are different or not exactly the same.

when you think about this matter from a single dimension, you will find it difficult to find a breakthrough, but when you look at this matter outside the inherent thinking mode, you will find that the problem you really need to solve is not to find your own advantages, but to find competitiveness that is not easy to be imitated and surpassed by others, so the way of solving the problem is completely different.

Third, heteronomy helped me solve my sleep problem

I have been talking about my sleep problem in the first two weeks. Although it has been alleviated through meditation and reading, there are still some problems. This week, I found a new way to help me improve my sleep, that is, heteronomy.

After reading and doing homework with Jelly these two days, I was responsible for telling stories before going to bed at night, but most of the time it was he who told stories that made me fall asleep. I thought about my poor sleep these two days, and I didn't care too much about it. As a result, I listened to Jelly and told me the story of Altman in the evening. I fell asleep in less than 5 minutes. The next day, I fell asleep again in a few minutes. I got up in the morning and saw the data on my bracelet to remind me that my sleep duration and deep sleep cycle were very good.

The next day, when I was writing in my diary, I realized that the things that have been bothering me about my sleep problems can actually be achieved through heteronomy besides meditation and reading. By getting along with children, I have to go to bed early, can't play mobile phones, and immerse myself in a quiet space, which provides a very good space for sleep; Coupled with the hypnotic effect of bedtime stories, I quickly entered a shallow sleep state, and then fell asleep.

This week, we are closer to emotional management than in the past, probably because we have made a few new friends. Everyone has the same hobby, and sharing with each other makes our emotions better expressed.
