What is the processing method of circuit board processing?

1. Physical method: By using various cutters and power tools, the unnecessary copper on the circuit board is carved by hand.

2. Chemical method: By covering the blank copper clad laminate with a protective layer, the unnecessary copper is etched away in corrosive solution, which is the method used by most developers at present. There are many ways to cover the protective layer, including the most traditional hand painting method, custom glue method, film photosensitive method and thermal transfer PCB method developed in recent years.

3. Hand painting: Paint the blank copper clad laminate by hand with a brush or hard pen, dry it and put it into the solution for direct corrosion.

4. Sticking stickers: There are various kinds of stickers on the market, which are made into strips and disks. Different stickers can be combined on the blank circuit board as needed, and then etched after being glued firmly.

5. Film sensitization: The PCB wiring diagram is printed on the film with a laser printer, and the blank copper clad laminate is coated with a layer of photosensitive material in advance (the coated copper clad laminate is available in the market), which can be corroded in the solution after exposure, development, fixing and cleaning in a darkroom environment.

6. Thermal transfer: The lines are directly printed on the blank circuit board by a thermal transfer printer, and then put into the corrosive liquid for corrosion. The circuit board method also has its own advantages and disadvantages.
