Be a happy dream catcher (2)

Dreams are the beginning of life and everyone's initial courage and belief. Once a person has a dream, how to live has a soul. If there is no dream, what is the difference with salted fish?

My QQ name and WeChat name are the same name: Dream. I have asked myself countless times in my mind: Do I have a dream? Have you worked hard to realize your dream?

I have been on the road of chasing dreams. I have happiness, troubles and lost my way, but I never stop moving forward.

I remember when I was a child, my family was in poor condition. My father is an ordinary worker and my mother is an illiterate farmer. My parents support my family with hard-working hands, so that all my three sisters can go to school. You can imagine the difficulty.

Often helping my mother, I can feel the hardship of facing the loess and facing the sky. I planted a dream seed in my heart: study hard, get into a good school and find a stable job.

Children who don't have umbrellas should run harder, and only when they pay can they gain. I studied hard at the cold window for nine years, wetted the seeds of my dreams with hard sweat, and was admitted to the normal school with excellent results.

I remember that in the summer of 1999, I was assigned to work in a remote rural primary school. On the first day, my mother and sister sent me to report for work. It's a strange place. After they left, I lived alone in a small room and started my part-time job.

I am the head teacher of any class, and I have to teach English in three classes. Work pressure, I can imagine. Fortunately, the leaders are very concerned about me and my colleagues are very enthusiastic. It is also convenient to eat three meals a day in the food group. The only drawback is poverty. There are only two vegetarian dishes at noon, and I am often hungry until evening. Despite the difficult conditions, I didn't flinch and didn't want to turn around and leave.

Rural students are naive, simple and full of energy, and have unlimited trust and admiration for teachers. Unfortunately, some parents do not attach importance to education, many students in each class drop out of school, and many students owe money. School leaders often organize teachers to visit their homes in rural areas and collect the tuition fees they owe. Seeing that some families are really in difficulty and can't afford the tuition, I try my best to help them.

Once a parent came to thank me with a child. I didn't know what to say, but I was so excited that I knelt in front of me. This scene is deeply imprinted in my mind, often reminding myself to be a caring teacher.

The traffic jam, heavy work and meager income in Weibo have made many colleagues want to transfer. However, I regard the hard environment as a stage to hone myself, working silently on the three-foot platform, exuding youth and blood, and constantly reflecting, summarizing and improving in practice.

On one occasion, the leader of the Education Bureau (the chemistry teacher in my middle school) went to the countryside to inspect the work. I was standing on the podium giving a lecture. She stood outside the classroom and listened quietly for half a class. After class, the leader spoke highly of me in front of the principal. This also strengthened my confidence. I worked hard and signed up for the self-study exam. No pains, no gains. Four years later, I not only got my bachelor's degree, but also was rated as "excellent teacher in the county" and "teaching expert".

After approaching the sacred marriage hall, I have a new goal: to transfer to a school close to home. It was difficult to change jobs at that time. In addition to outstanding personal abilities, there are also personnel relations. I am especially grateful to my uncle for his help, and also to my teacher for trying her best to win the opportunity to transfer for me.

In August 2003, I was transferred to a rural primary school as I wished. The traffic there is inconvenient and the roads are bumpy. Only one bus passes by every day. If you miss the bus, you can only walk home. It takes about two hours to walk. I was pregnant for five months, so I didn't have the strength to work, so I settled down in a farmer's house near my school.

In rural primary schools, one teacher teaches one class, teaching Chinese, mathematics, music and fine arts. Students only need to study in the morning and go home to do homework and farm work in the afternoon. Many students' poor grades are due to their parents' neglect of education and management. A strong sense of responsibility makes it difficult for me to give up any poor students easily. I want them to make progress slowly and enjoy the knowledge ocean like children in the city.

Make up lessons for students with learning difficulties for free after lunch every day. Start with the basic pinyin, teach writing by hand, buy a lot of extracurricular books for them to read, and print exercises for them at their own expense. Seeing that the teacher is so responsible, parents also take action, actively cooperate with my work and care more about their children's study. During the final exam, many students made great progress in their grades. I smiled like a flower and felt extremely happy and happy.

At that time, there were many middle-aged and elderly teachers in my school, but few young teachers. The town center school organized a teacher speech contest, and the school leaders recommended me to participate. I firmly grasped this rare opportunity, carefully studied the teaching materials, consulted materials, prepared courseware, tried lectures repeatedly, consulted excellent teachers and revised the teaching design repeatedly. I was pregnant for six months, and even won the first prize in the competition. I will take part in the county competition all the way, and achieved excellent results. I was so excited that my efforts finally paid off.

The baby was just born for five months, and I haven't finished my maternity leave yet, because there is no substitute teacher, so I will return to work immediately. Every morning, I need to go to school by bike for about fifty minutes. When I got to school, I was sweating all over, changed my clothes and walked into the classroom at once. After school at about 1: 30 at noon, I was hungry, so I rode my bike home again.

After weaning, the daughter's resistance drops and she is prone to illness. Mr. Wang works abroad and comes back only once every two weeks. Can't help take care of the children. I often go to work in the morning and take my children to the hospital for infusion in the afternoon, so I have never missed a class.

After one semester, my weight dropped from 100 kg to 70 kg or 80 kg. In the face of small-scale teaching work and starving children in the village, I feel great pressure, lose my enthusiasm for work, and my life is overwhelmed. Even asked her husband to change jobs many times.

In the summer of 2006, the town central primary school is selecting and transferring excellent teachers. I plucked up my courage, worked hard on the exam, stood out from the master's exam and came to work in the town primary school near my home.

This is a class of schools in the county, with many excellent teachers. I am like a seed planted in fertile soil, trying to absorb nutrients, spread branches and leaves, and thrive.

With the goal of becoming an excellent teacher, I spend other people's time playing mahjong, shopping and chasing dramas reading educational and teaching books, learning teaching materials, teaching methods and modern information technology, and improving my professional ability and quality.

Grow up slowly in learning and make great achievements in various speech contests. With efficient and interesting classroom teaching, we have won the love of students with love, patience and responsibility, and also won the trust of leaders and parents.

Heaven rewards diligence. Honor will be awarded to those who work hard. On Teacher's Day of 20 18, I was honored to be named "Excellent Teacher in the City", and then I participated in the training of famous teachers in the city.

On the way of chasing dreams, I worked hard and was lucky. I thank my relatives, friends, leaders and colleagues who have given me countless help. They are like a beam of light, warming me and guiding me.

Now, I have worked as a school worker in the town center for 13 years. Seeing my good friend transfer to a municipal school, I thought of taking another step forward. So, I hesitated, lost, panicked and lost my direction. After careful consideration, my heart settled down, and I decided to work hard and do my bit for the education in my hometown.

A comfortable life is easy to lose morale and passion. There was a time when I was disoriented by a comfortable life and a small honor. Besides working, what else can you do besides teaching with peace of mind?

In this winter vacation, I was lucky enough to know and make many like-minded friends. In writing, I am a complete pupil, but I am willing to learn from scratch. I want to read and observe with my eyes; Experience and summarize with heart; Record and express with a pen. I am eager to draw nutrition from this fertile soil and let my dreams bloom like flowers.

I don't want to tie myself with age, but I want to continue to be a dream catcher. Although I have a dream, it may not come true, but chasing it will definitely make me meet a better self.

I believe: the dream catcher's life will become more substantial and happy, and the dream catcher's life will be more exciting!
