What is black and white balance adjustment?
White balance is the color temperature. For example, under the incandescent lamp, the colors of various objects are warmer, while under the fluorescent lamp, the colors of various objects are colder, and the human eye can automatically adapt. Machines, such as cameras, need to be set up. The principle of setting is to adjust the basic color levels of the three primary colors, so that objects that should be white are basically equal in each color level, that is, white or medium gray, without color cast. White balance is generally used for cameras in typical scenes.
Black balance: It is also an important parameter of the camera. It means that when the camera shoots a black scene or covers the lens, the output levels of the three primary colors should be equal, so that black can be reproduced on the monitor screen. All broadcast cameras have black balance adjustment circuits, but in the TV monitoring system, on the one hand, the displayed images are required to be as clear and bright as possible, and on the other hand, considering that the influence of black balance on human vision is far less intense than that of white balance, cameras used for TV monitoring generally do not have black.
