Fang Daceng Follow-up

As a young photographer, Fang Daceng is "pure, passionate and full of energy" ... as if he is always walking, busy and tireless. He cared about the miserable life of the people at the bottom, and recorded the social livelihood of northern China in the 1920s and 1930s with a camera, such as The Miner. After the "September 18th Incident", the national disaster was imminent. He used cameras and words as weapons to resist Japan and save the nation, leaving behind many photographic works reflecting the anti-Japanese theme, such as Wanping Ancient City under Japanese artillery fire and Twenty-nine Armies Heroically Killing the Enemy.
