How to make orchid leaves green and shiny (how to raise orchid leaves to be more oily and greener)

The leaves of some orchids are dull, which has a lot to do with the pH value of plant materials. Orchids, in particular, have many feet and leaves. First, the front end of the leaves turns yellow, and it turns grayish brown after a long time, which is caused by the acidity and alkalinity of plant materials and water. Orchids are suitable to grow in slightly acidic soil, and their pH value is pH5.5~6.5, so it is necessary to spray leaves or water plants with ferrous sulfate 1000 times.

When orchids don't bloom, they mainly look at the leaves. Keep the leaves green, shiny and elegant, and the ornamental value is not worse than the flowering time difference.

However, some flower friends' orchid leaves always look yellow, not bright and green enough, and have a weak sense of vitality.

If your orchid has no yellow leaves and dry tips, it can grow new seedlings normally. If the leaves are not green, it is a problem of conservation. Adjust them in time, and the leaf color will recover in a month or so.

In view of the problem that orchid leaves are not green or bright, I will teach you three ways. Everything is like a "green belt" with high ornamental value.

In fact, if you want to make the leaves of orchids green and shiny, you should take corresponding measures according to the natural conditions of maintaining the environment.

Such as shading, water and fertilizer supply, the pH value of planting materials, etc., can meet the needs of orchid growth. In this way, the leaves of orchids can remain green and thrive. The following work needs to be done:

1) light adjustment should be appropriate.

Orchids are plants that like to scatter light, so the sunshine should not be too much. Especially in hot summer and early autumn, when the ambient light intensity is too strong, the leaves of orchids look old and hard, and some leaves are burned and sunburned in severe cases.

Therefore, in the growth environment of orchids, there must be a sunshade net, and shading should be carried out according to different seasons, and the shading rate should reach 80%~90% in summer and autumn.

2) Water and fertilizer supply should be appropriate.

Orchids need more water during root elongation and leaf bud germination. If the water can't keep up, the orchid leaves will be pale yellow, and the leaves will be dull due to lack of water.

Therefore, bluegrass should be watered in time, and the blue basin should not be dry and short of water because of too much drought. During the vegetative growth of orchids, nitrogen fertilizer should be increased to enhance the synthesis of chlorophyll in leaves.

Orchids lacking nitrogen fertilizer have yellow leaves. Nitrogen fertilizer should be mainly 1000~2000 times urea solution, or organic fertilizer solution made of rapeseed cake and fish, which contains more nitrogen, and can be diluted with water 100 times before application.

3) The pH value of plant materials is appropriate.
