How to install a light box

1. 1. Determine the installation position of the light box, and determine the installation method according to the actual situation and the type of light box.

2. Measurement size: According to the position of the mounting hole on the back of the light box or the actual size on site, determine the fixed point for mounting the light box.

3, fixed light box:

A) The site walls are made of aluminum-plastic plates, wood blocks, iron plates and other materials. , can be directly fixed with self-tapping screws;

B) The wall of the construction site is cement or brick wall, which can be punched with an impact drill first, and then fixed with expansion screws;

C) The site walls are made of tiles, marble, glass, etc. First drill through the surface with a glass drill, then drill the expansion screw hole, and then fix the light box or use glue.

D) For the light box that needs to be hoisted or hung on site, after selecting the installation position, determine the fixed point for installing the light box according to the actual size of the mounting hole of the light box, then install the hanger and connect the grounding wire.

4. Wiring: In general, the outlet end of the power cord of the light box is at the back. If the power provided on site is behind the light box, you can cut off the plug of the power cord and connect it directly, and tie the power connector tightly with insulating tape; If the power supply is outside the location where the light box is installed, you can connect the outlet of the light box power supply to the edge of the light box, and then insert the three-phase plug into the power socket.

5. Fix the light box: open the top cover of the light box and install it at a fixed point (that is, drill a hole in the power cord of the light box base with an electric drill, reinstall the power cord and adjust it to a horizontal state with a level meter).

6. Turn on the light and clean the surface of the light box.
