Godzilla's Painting Course

Godzilla's painting tutorial is as follows:

Tools/raw materials:

Paper, pen, paint

Methods/steps:

1, first draw the outline of Godzilla's head, and draw its mouth and eyes on it. Then draw the sharp teeth with dense beads in the eyes in the center of the eye chair.

2. Pull the body down. Draw Godzilla's tail by extending the outline of the head downwards, and then draw its stubby legs. Then draw the part of its belly.

3. Lift your front paws. Draw the wrinkles on Godzilla's body and the sharp corners on his back with dotted lines.

Finally, paint Godzilla yellow and the spikes on his back purple. A terrible Godzilla monster is finished.

Creative process:

Eiji Tsuburaya, one of the three founders of Godzilla's films, had an idea for a long time: to make a monster film that is beyond human knowledge and is attacked by giant creatures, so as to challenge the special monster film "King Kong". However, this idea has gone beyond the common sense of the Japanese film industry, and it is understood that it was difficult for the company to complete the production at that time, so the idea ended.

But for producer Tomoyuki Tanaka, he came up with the idea that primitive dinosaurs were awakened by the hydrogen bomb experiment near Bikini Atoll, resurrected and attacked Tokyo with the theme of Five Blessingg's Rymaru bombing. Finally, the plot envisioned by Tanaka was adopted, and the first special monster movie in Japan began to be produced.

Li Guangzhen, a friend of special photographer Guanggu, is responsible for the modeling of Godzilla, taking Tyrannosaurus Rex and Iguanodon as the prototype of dinosaur model.

Godzilla's original design was a big hand and a small hand. After several modifications, I finally made something close to the rough skin of crocodiles, which just reminds people of the keloid of nuclear weapons and causes fear. The head has also become smaller, and some subtle changes have been made, which has become a decision-making plan for Godzilla's modeling.

It was not until July 1954 that the basic work was completed and the draft script decision was completed. In the way of shooting, Godzilla also created a film type-feature film. Because the production level of cartoons is still relatively low, it is not enough to show fierce battle scenes, so feature films have become the only choice: they build architectural models with precision and precision, and this rubber monster will trample on them again.
