I feel disappointed and depressed. After the spiritual encouragement of my colleagues and contact with customers again, I finally got the trust. From the initial contact with customers, doubt, rejection, re-contact, anxiety, trust, and finally support and understanding, I took the first step of success. By promoting Tianan to the first customer, let the second … let more customers know about Tianan and recognize Tianan. During the Peony Flower Festival in April, I actively went to the auto show to promote Tianan culture, auto insurance terms and after-sales service, so that Luoyang citizens could understand Tianan and recognize Tianan, and then choose Tianan. In August, we actively participated in the customer's warm activity month to better serve customers, especially the special after-sales services such as "small claims on-site payment", "limited payment for major claims" and "independent maintenance of accident vehicles" for auto insurance, which were favored by customers. In summer, the sky changes like a child's face. In order to give the insurance policy to the customer in time, I braved the heavy rain and accidentally slipped on the road, but I thought it would not affect the customer's car review, so I must send the insurance policy. The customer was very moved and said that I was too serious. In today's world, customers decide the development and survival of enterprises and make customers satisfied, which is what I should do. Seriously studying the important speech of "taking Scientific Outlook on Development as the guide, adhering to the organic unity of scale, brand and benefit, and pushing the company's development to a new stage of brand building" made me realize that brand is an intangible wealth, and brand building can have the present and embrace the future. Seriously study the salesman's exhibition manual and learn from colleagues with an open mind, realizing that the more knowledge a marketer learns, the greater the chance of success in the exhibition industry. Going out to participate in the exhibition this year encountered many setbacks. Some customers ignore me, and some customers don't trust me. But I will not bow to difficulties. I believe my labor will be rewarded. I believe the best word is "confidence". During the ten-month warranty period, I make a plan for myself every week and push forward every unit according to the plan. My business has also made great progress, and I have insured the auto insurance of several units. Whenever I sign an insurance policy, I feel very happy. In the face of fierce competition in the market, we can gain the trust of customers, bring convenience to customers and have a sense of accomplishment. I thank my leaders and colleagues for their help and my customers for their support. By studying corporate culture, I have changed from a person who has never been engaged in the insurance industry and has no vitality to a person who is full of vitality and enterprising spirit. Only when the company develops can employees have a good future. Corporate culture has always inspired me, making me feel young, enterprising, serious about things, grateful to people and cherishing things. My classmates and friends also felt my change, saying that I was more cultured and younger than before, and this change also spread to the company. In the beautiful days of mutual help and love with my colleagues, I quickly wrote a heartfelt poem "How nice"-I miss my colleagues. I was selected as an "excellent employee" this year.
