4. When the beam falls on the trolley, a hard plate or fiber layer rubber should be placed between the beam and the trolley support to protect the beam concrete.

5. For runtime startup, slow startup must be used. In the process of operation, the heavy beam must use low-grade (v≤ 15m/min), and high-grade (v≤30m/min) can be used when returning with no load.

6. When the girder vehicle is working, there must be a special person to observe and monitor it with the vehicle. If there is any abnormal situation or abnormal sound, the driver should be informed to stop immediately, and the operation can continue only after troubleshooting.

8. When feeding the beam, the beam carrier must slowly move into the tail of the bridge erecting machine. The driver must concentrate and obey the signalman's command. The car cannot collide with the bridge erecting machine.

9. When feeding the beam, the speed of the beam carrier must be consistent with the speed of the crane on the bridge erecting machine.

10. The girder is completely lifted by the bridge erecting machine. After moving forward and leaving the tail, make sure that there are no obstacles around the girder carrier, and then return from the tail of the bridge erecting machine.

1 1. Pavement treatment of tire beam carrier.

A. The longitudinal slope of the road is not more than 4% and the transverse slope is not more than 3%.

B.
